ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE
- Employment references are available to those staff that have worked 6 months or more with us and completed the term of their employment contract.
- References are carefully handled under GDPR. Employment references are only issued by email to companies with an official verified email address. We do not issue references over the phone. We do not issue references to staff.
- We are legally obliged to provide accurate data when providing references.
- Depending on the time of year, it can take up to 21 days to issue a staff reference.
- Our references are partly auto-populated from our records by our own format and, in addition to other facts, will include:
- Number of lates with your reasons
- Number of absences with your reasons
- A list of all warnings
- A list of contract breaches
- Rapport with management

1) No longer working with us (i.e. not under contract) or
2) Applying for jobs after your contract finishes:
