Fast, reliable, aligned with UCAS standards, and tailored to each student’s needs.

Are you a private candidate or independent learner preparing to apply to university through UCAS? Cherry Hill Tuition provides a professional UCAS predicted grade and reference service for students in the UK and worldwide.

Who Our UCAS Service Is For

  • UK Private A-Level or GCSE candidates
  • International students
  • Home-educated learners without a school UCAS account
  • Adult learners or resitters applying independently
  • Those with low predicted grades or no predicted grades.

What We Provide

1. Predicted Grades & Teacher References

  • Predicted Grades — based on previous results, mock exams, and tutor assessment

We research your past academic work, exam records and consult previous academic establishments (if you agree) to support your improved grade. This ensures we can produce UCAS-compliant predicted grades. We will then write a teacher reference aligned with UCAS guidelines—structured, evidence-based, and persuasive.

2. Personal Statement Support & Review

  • UCAS Teacher Reference — written by an experienced UK teacher familiar with UCAS standards

We can help provide you work experience with charities if it supports your university course application.

We can help you craft, refine, and polish your personal statement. Our team ensures your narrative is coherent, showcases your strengths, addresses your subject choices, and remains within UCAS word limits. We also help with multiple drafts, editing, proofreading, and feedback loops.

3. Interview Preparation

If your chosen universities require interviews, we offer mock interviews, feedback on answers, strategy for thinking on your feet, and help with subject-specific questions.

4. Complete Application Guidance

We support the full UCAS application process.

  • Submission Support — we can upload your reference directly to your UCAS application, or provide it securely for your referee

5. Flexible Turnaround & Packages

  • Fast Turnaround — especially for medicine, dentistry etc. and early application for Oxford/Cambridge

We offer services for different levels of urgency and depth:

  • Standard timeline: 1–8 weeks

  • Core service package: predicted grades + reference

  • Full package: including personal statement and interview

  • Premium / fast-track option (upon request)

Prices range from £139 to £9,400 depending on scope, number of subjects, and urgency.

Applying to university is an exciting and pivotal moment in a student’s life. Once you decide which university you wish to apply to, understanding the UCAS application process is essential. At Cherry Hill Tuition, we provide a UCAS consultancy application support service, where we provide university application guidance to allow students to apply to UCAS. We also provide UCAS Personal Statement support as well as university interview preparation.

We aim to provide the best UCAS advice to support students. The advice on this page has been overlooked by RIchard Watts, an experienced Cherry Hill UCAS specialist who has attended two of England’s best universities. We will aim to break down the UCAS application process, shedding light on each crucial component and how we can help you improve the quality of your application.

UCAS Application Process: An Overview

UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, is the centralised organisation responsible for processing applications to multiple universities in the UK. UCAS provides a comprehensive platform that allows students to apply to up to five universities simultaneously. The process generally involves the following steps:

Research and Shortlisting: Conduct thorough research on universities, courses, and their entry requirements. Shortlist the institutions and courses that align with your academic interests and career goals.

Registering on UCAS: Create a UCAS account and complete the necessary personal details and academic qualifications.

Course and Institution Selection: Choose up to five universities and courses in order of preference. Be mindful of the entry requirements and deadlines for each choice. This number is less for specialised courses such as medicine and dentistry.

Academic Reference:

Request a UCAS academic reference (or UCAS teacher reference) via our UCAS Support application form. The UCAS Academic Reference is an extremely important document that is expected to impact your application to university. Cherry Hill can provide you with the best reference service to give you peace of mind.

A Level Predicted Grades For University entrance:

As with the above, the UCAS predicted grades decide which universities you can apply to. You will need to check the UCAS website to determine whether your predicted grades fit your chosen university.

Normally your school or college should provide your UCAS predicted grades but In some cases this may not be possible. If you require this service from Cherry Hill, we will need to undertake various checks, as well as make recommendations in order that your predicted grades are improved. Please note that if we, or your school/college, make inaccurate predictive grades, our reputations dilute, thus affecting future candidates that need the service. Currently Cherry Hill’s predicted grades have proven very accurate. As a result, we believe we continue to hold good credibility with UCAS and universities.

Personal Statement:

Craft a compelling personal statement that showcases your passion for the subject, relevant experiences, and future aspirations.

Submit and Monitor Applications:

Once all elements are complete, submit your application on UCAS. You can monitor its progress through UCAS Track.

The Power of the UCAS Personal Statement

We know the university personal statement is a crucial aspect of your UCAS application. It offers an opportunity to showcase your unique personality, skills, and commitment to your chosen subject as we provide UCAS services for your application to the best universities in the UK. Here’s how to make your UCAS personal statement stand out and how Cherry Hill can help yours stand out even more:

Be Genuine: Write authentically, reflecting on your passion for the subject and what drives you academically.

Demonstrate Skills and Achievements: Highlight relevant skills, achievements, and experiences that demonstrate your suitability for the course.

Show Enthusiasm: Convey your enthusiasm for learning and your willingness to contribute to the university community.

Edit and Revise: Ensure your statement is concise, well-structured, and free of errors. Our services include personal statement support, where we provide you with feedback on your personal statement.

Navigating University Admissions

After submitting your UCAS application, you may receive offers from universities. These offers can be unconditional, conditional (subject to meeting specific grades), or unsuccessful. Here’s how to navigate this stage:

Consider Offers Carefully: Take time to evaluate your offers, considering factors like course content, university reputation, location, and student support services.

Responding to Offers: Choose your preferred offer on UCAS Track. If you receive multiple offers, select your firm choice (first preference) and insurance choice (second preference).

Meeting Conditions: If your offer is conditional, work hard to achieve the required grades. If you miss the conditions, contact the university to discuss your options.

Clearing and Adjustment: If you don’t meet your offers or wish to explore other options, Clearing and Adjustment are available to find alternative courses or universities.

Embrace the Journey
